Sooo here’s the thing: I like to take strategic bites of my oatmeal, getting a bit of each topping onto the spoon, but sir Robin just mixes everything together from the get-go. Whaaa!?   16. I love making a stacked oatmeal with flax, nuts, seeds, bananas, berries and any other fruits on hand, but I'm painfully lazy with cooking, and just pour boiled water over my oats and let them soak the water up to soften.

  19. I can relate to oatmeal. I eat oatmeal every day. I prepare it at night. I take oatmeal, chia seed, flax sedd and some crushed peanuts or sliced almonds on top. Pour almond milk on it to soak overnight. In the morning it's ready. I Just add some fruits and a spoon of honey in the morning. My husband doesn't add fruits.

  22. WoW…. what a delicious video 🙂 Actually, I wanna share one of fast, my favorite snack food. Tuna fish, sliced onion and pickles and a spoon of mayonnaise. Mix them and put on a toast and That's it. Eat and Enjoy.

  23. Hi, thats helpful for vegan, but i have an opinion. Its better to use whole plant based foods, not the processed food in can, box,… and its better to use sweeten from whole fruits instead of sugar, syrup, ..

  25. OATMEAL TIP: if you do it with a bit of cold coffee and milk and then slice up a cold banana on the warm oatmeal, it tastes like heaven and you have breakfast and coffee in one.

  26. My 3 ingredient, 30 second chili when I’m too hungry to cook is one can of beans, one can of tomatoes, 3 tablespoons chili powder. It’s much better than ordering pizza. I think I will try throwing in some handfuls of spinach next time. Thanks for these delicious recipes! They look amazing! I will use amino acids instead of soy sauce and cashews or mushrooms instead of fake soy meat. I can’t wait to try them! 😋 Thanks!!

  27. Hi, I’m new to cooking and healthy food, may I ask when you put the green beans in the pan you then added it looked like already hot water to the pan of green beans. Does that do anything special or is it just the water is already boiling point and then poor green beans in it.

One thing I would love you to share is how you make your nut and peanut butters. I've noticed that it drips off your spoon. If you wouldn't mind I'd love it if you did a video on how you make them. I don't love nut butters because I ways find them too think and dense. Yours look much more appetizing.❤

  29. @Sadia : your dinner recipe is resembling to that of Indian dinner recipe. The Indian bread "Chapati" is one of the healthiest breads. In middle part of india, the spices used are just as you have shown, except for Garam Masala, we use a different milder Version of Spices.Thanks for sharing this Video. Really loved it.
