1/2 kilo pork spare ribs 1 pc.potato 1 pc. Sweetcorn/ corn 5-6 pcs.peachay/ bokchoy/kale leaves 1 lemongrass 1 pc.onion 3-4 cloves garlic Ginger In a boiling water (3-4 cups water) put lemongrass,onion,ginger,and garlic. Add in pork meat,potatoes, and corn/ sweetcorn Add in blackpepper corn,and salt to taste Cover and let it boil for 1 hour /till meat is tender Add finally add in peachay/kale leaves/bokchoy/cabbage(optional) and leave for 5 minutes and turn off the heat(dont cover lid) And your pork bulalo/ nilagang baboy/ nilaw-oy/pork soup is ready to serve Thankyou for watching….
