Hi, I’m Lyndell from Dailygreatness here at
the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival. And I’d love to show you through some of our personal development
journals and planners. So this is our original Dailygreatness journal. It is the first and
best selling of our range and it’s a really a focus on a general personal development
journey where you do a morning mindset session and an evening self-awareness session. You
have your healthy habit reminders and on a Sunday you have a weekly check-in where you
get to review your week and then plan all your goals and your focuses for the coming
week. They’re all undated. You can start them at any time. They’re divided into 90 days
so at the 90 day mark, you would have a 90 day check in, plan your next goals and focuses
for the next 90 days, and then you continue on. They’re all full colour, really inspiring,
so you want to wake up every day and use them. And that’s a great one if you just want to
focus on general personal development. And then the rest of the series has more of a
specific focus. So we have our wellness journal, which is focused on holistic health. More
of a unisex design for the guys and the girls. You just have one morning mindset question,
an evening reflection question, you can track your workouts, your food journal, a daily
wellness mantra. Again, it’s undated and with a weekly check-in, 90 day check-in, and a
yearly check-in. Then we have our yoga journal, which is a really beautiful journal, really
designed for female yogis. And a great way to track your yoga and meditation practise
and self-inquiry. And really helps you create and maintain a daily yoga practise. Then we
have, for the entrepreneurs, our business planner, which is a really action-orientated
planner, helping entrepreneurs to plan and manage their business goals, a week to review,
with one morning mindset question, the top three actions, your schedule. Then on a Sunday,
you have your weekly check-in, where you get to have a high level look back over your week,
plan your goals for the next week, and really take action in your business. We also have
a parent’s journal, which helps parents focus on conscious parenting and just really languaging
and a focus on family goals, how you’re showing up as a parent, and taking time out as a parent
to practise self care and just really filling your cup so that you have more to give to
your family. And finally, the training journal, which is a 12 week training journal focusing
