Alright, here we are at the Jeongseon Alpine Centre. Twinning in our jackets and our beanies! I want to tell you that it is 25 degrees Fahrenheit which is… minus 5 celsius. It’s really cold, we need gloves, we need beanies, hand warmers.
But what I want to do is show you some footage I shot just 48 hours ago when the weather
was very different. Enjoy! OK, special treat here. I have made my way to the coast as you can see behind me. And what’s really fun about the Winter Olympics being here in PyeongChang is that there is the coast and the mountains in this location.
So if you come follow me along this boardwalk at the Sky Bay Hotel what you will see behind me is the Pyeongcheon beach right down there, and it is beautiful. Coming from Chicago I
can tell you I know good beaches! This one is incredible. Come along this way and I will show you what it looks like. I mean this is incredible. What?! I just came from the mountains and now I am here? OK, I have made my way down to the beach.
This is incredible, who would have thought that I would be at a Winter Paralympic Games
here on the beach in a balmy 70 degrees weather and a beautiful artwork behind me as well.
This is an incredible beach, I can’t recommend this location anymore, it is just absolutely
beautiful and I am so, so happy that I landed here on a day where the weather is so warm.
I’m going to kick off my shoes, try to get some sun and enjoy the day at the beach!
