HOW TO INTRODUCE MYSELF | MY FIRST VIDEO BLOG ! October 8, 2019


How’s everybody doing out there? This is my new blogger Check out my channel as I go. It’s called real talk from a stay-at-home dad. That’s what I am gonna stay home. Dad I got four kids and a loving wife Here’s October the 8th at about 7:45 in the morning Ready to get my day started not really struggling with that – So first off I got the kids ready for school wife took off for work just got to On the laundry drives complete now, finally Brushed my teeth the normal stuff Fixed my hair throw my gym clothes on I’m struggling with the gym thing getting older I know it got to keep up with kids. Got to keep up with everybody But I just keep telling myself you got this so The main thing is getting to the door. I know we all struggle a day if we can make it to the gym door You know instead of telling ourselves we’re going to to do no just once we get to the door if we can get in there We’re gonna do the workout. We don’t get to the door. We don’t even get out this house door when you go to workout day That’s the struggle Ain’t on no special meal plan diet. I stayed away from the breads for short Try to cut out the sugars in the bread. That’s it. Pastas. All that stuff. Everything else is good to go Matter of fact you mean you ain’t gonna eat a bush you gotta eat moderates That’s good to go So check this out. I’m in North Carolina and our weather just went from 95 to like 60 and 70 I’m loving it, but it was like 95 in October. That’s crazy enough ain’t it? But yeah, I’ll be joining I don’t like the cold don’t get me wrong winter sucks. I don’t like to call but In between I like I can dig it pretty good So I got my coffee this morning got my water bottle there for those damn keys And oh yes, I’m definitely taking that coffee with me this morning Even if I gotta leave it in the car Until I get done So I go every morning for a Power Hour. I usually do different exercises for different days My knees are different Then Tuesdays and Tuesday is different than Wednesday’s and I’m just trying something out Which ain’t trying to lose no weight or not just trying to stay healthy About 185 pound now Just try to keep it in shape But y’all stay tuned stick with me check me out on my day to day journeys my dogs outside He finally got up the side he want to go outside play my cat That’s a ninja cat Yep, she likes to be in windows and come out of the shadows literally Run around the house like crazy. Oh, he’s knocking on the door. Now what? Do you want Anybody how To make tomorrow Well what none of your what your salad you Want to come in Now go to the door you Want to come in? Huh? All right Hey Z good puppies Smart as a wheel and I’ll show you some of his cool tricks later But for now I got to go I got to get to that gym get that power re and then I hit y’all up a little later til next time from real top Your stay-at-home dad
