COMM: India’s renowned Balaknama newspaper is run by children for children. Its reporters live and work in some of the country’s poorest communities. COMM: Balaknama, meaning ‘Voice Of The Children’, gives the street children of India a national platform. COMM: The paper not only gives impoverished children a voice, it turns lives around.
