Karate – Comment faire son nœud de ceinture [Karate-Blog.net]

Hi, I’m Bruno Bandelier on Karate-blog.net, the Karate clear and net. So welcome this new video. There are not so long ago I wrote about as what “everyone could become a black belt one day or another.” And then, I told myself: “This is fine Bruno! You teach them to be black belt, but you still have them never learned how it was the belt node. It’s stupid, I mean I never really thought, besides, we never really asked, but it is still important because we often see belts that are poorly attached, not the black belts of course, though fortunately I hope. But beginners, it’s often up to orange belt, sometimes even green, we see that hurt their belt nodes. Finally, they do not dare ask, but hey, we will not spend time all courses fault someone how to do its node. First tip: if you do not know the make of your belt node, do not hesitate to ask Senpai, he will explain. Second tip: if someone does not know to do, give him the link of this video, as after it will know. Then it will look. Come on, I show you. We will take a belt. Then, there are two methods: one that I love and I do not like. So, The one I do not like, we’ll start with this one: You take your belt like this, divided into two equal parts, past and then cross behind. You spend the side, then you just … you hold the left side, you hold against your belly, you go right over, then you end up with three layers as you hold between your thumb and forefinger. There the side … Wait, I’m wrong. No it’s OK. The left side, you pass underneath. The left side, the one that comes from the right, you pass underneath, then you hold your belt like this, you come, you make a circle, and the left side you just pass underneath inside, you see ? You act like this the part where you go take him here, and you just pass inside from below like that, and you go back, and there you tighten. When finished, it should make a good thread like this. You see, this is … This is the way to do that I do not like because behind you end up with a belt knot embarrassment. There are some who think it’s good because with the thickness of the two belts, this is a bit like a waist belt that keeps you behind. In short, I think it is not practical: when doing floor work, there is a node that bothers you. Then I’ll show you how I do it: How do I do ? Hop, if I remember. I take my belt on the left. I set about, as I already usually do, I put it like this: with print that is below there and backwards. Okay ? I stand against the belly. The right side I brought him back, I pass over, I stand and I take a walk. You see, after it holds itself if sufficiently tighten. And there, as I did two laps, or I pass over, there is no node. Once you get there. You find yourself in the same situation as earlier except that you do not knot behind. There you set. You see, I have this one which is a bit too small … I come by, and I end up with roughly the same size. I’ll move the left inside, Yes the left, inside like that. And I end up like this, I like just now, I just put my right side as below, I spend the left over, I just go inside like that. and I shake. And there, you see, I am a good “v”. And there, Here, the belt falls like this, and I like it when there is the writing that is that side. After, there are belts, for me it starts to be flexible, but sometimes it is a bit steep and sometimes it falls in the other direction. So if it is the other way, you start again, you put it, and after it is you who are adapting the following how it is placed. For me it is placed like this, so when I start, I put it the other way for it is great, that is seen writing well. OK, it’s all good here, you then repeat. Most importantly, the mistake that we often see it in that time. I repeat: At that time, when you get here and we crossed, it must be when one goes under, in all, where you have three layers, one must go under, go against all the kimono. All against the kimono. OK ? And then … we greenhouse. Equally important, be careful not to have your belt that is in every sense We see many who do that, there is the belt that is in every sense. In the end, they have a node that is … anyhow, so … Put it well You put … Do not hesitate, take your time. This is something important, take your time and do it correctly. I think it is still a certain lack of respect for other and relative to your teacher when you are not dressed properly. Okay ? So take time. Especially if you are new, take the time to watch this video, do it again, do it at home. And like that, when you arrive at the club, I guarantee that if you are white or yellow belt your teacher, he will notice that you have made your belt knot correctly For once, you do not have nodes that are like this, in every sense and which do not take. Once it is done like this, tight, it does not move normally. So, it was just a little video to learn how to make the knot belt. Thank you and I wish you good things. See you next time for a future video on karate-blog.net the crystal clear Karate. Thank you and good bye.

    Mon profond  respect Mr BRUNO

  4. Bruno Ta Deuxième Méthode Est Superbe Car, La Première Méthode Quand On Fait Un Cours Le Noeud S' Enlève N'Importe Comment, Alors On Est Obliger De La Remettre Etc…
