Migrate to 20i from Heart Internet

Migrate to 20i from Heart Internet

Thanks to the in-house team here at 20i
you can migrate Heart Internet packages automatically using our Migration Centre.
Oun Migration Centre will copy over both the site files and the database the site
uses all at the click of a button. To begin the process you’ll first need to
ensure that you’re logged in to the 20i control panel. Once you’ve done so
head to the Migration Centre section and click ‘Start New Migration’. At this point
select the ‘Migrate from Heart Internet API’ option and then click ‘Next’. Here
you’ll be required to input two pieces of information these being your Heart
Internet API username and the Heart Internet API password, both of which can
be found in the Heart Internet reseller control center by the API section. Once
you have both enter them as we’re doing so here and then select ‘Next’.Once you’ve
selected ‘Next’ the Migration Centre will then show you a list of your Heart
Internet packages that are available to be migrated. Before you migrate you want
to ensure that you’ve unlocked FTP for the packages in question over on the
Heart Internet side of things. Once that has been done select the packages you
wish to migrate and once you’re happy to proceed select the FTP check box
confirming you’ve unlocked and then select ‘Next’. This will then begin the
migration of the package or packages you’ve selected. For an average-sized site
you can expect the migration to take around 30 minutes or so. Once the
migration completes you’ll receive an email informing you that it is done so
or you can check the status of the migration within the Migration Centre
via the status column. If you have any questions about migrating feel free to
get in touch of our Support Team via the support section of your 20i account.
