Review Chalene Johnson’s Push Journal for Organization and Goal Setting

– So, do you have a
journal planner thingy? Better question, do you need
a journal planner thingy? Well in this video, I’m gonna be reviewing Chalene Johnson’s Smartlife Push Journal, from a kid’s perspective. (upbeat music) Hey, what’s up guys, Little Dude here, helping kids change the world through creation,
innovation, and business. Here is your tips, tricks, and strategies on business and gaming, while
you guys have tons of fun. So if you’re new here,
can you just subscribe me. Oh, and don’t forget
to check out the links and journals in the description below. Now, let’s roll. So you may be asking yourself, why exactly does a kid need
a Smartlife Push journal? Well, we need a Smartlife Push journal ’cause of structure. I used to never, ever
have structure in my life. But when I started using
the Smartlife Push journal, what happened was, it
changed my day drastically. It made it so I got
everything done on time, and I knew what videos
were getting uploaded when. Where before, only confusion was there. And the next one is going
to be brainstorming. The Smartlife Push
journal helps you jot down all your creative ideas in one place. And the next thing I’m going
to be talking is goals. Wait, I think there was
something missing there. Goals. Goals, everyone has them. Kids have them, especially kids. We need to write down our
goals almost every day. And sometimes we do have small ones, like getting an A on a test, or even big ones, like
starting a YouTube channel. Hey, where did I get that idea? So you may be wondering, what’s in this Smartlife Push journal? Well, I’m gonna tell ya. So Charlene Johnson is the bomb dot com, ’cause she tells you how to use this, and she even gives you a quick video. The next part is the goal setting and goal brainstorming,
which she includes too. She says this page is for
you to brainstorm some goals. It even tells you how to set the goals. It gives you a 90 day goal tracker, which is pretty legit. And it’s your push goal, which is the goal that will help you domino the rest down. Next thing I’m gonna be
talking about is the tracker. It tracks your schedule,
it tracks your push goal, it tracks your three push goal related 10 minute tasks for today, and it actually tracks other tasks and you don’t even have to start it at the beginning of the month, ’cause you can put the days date there. Another benefit is, even though
most kids don’t track it, they should, it’s their health. It helps track how much water you consume, it helps track your exercise
log, and your sleep. You can even put in the times from your first meal to your last meal. So, how did a kid use the
Smartlife Push journal? For one, you can use the bookmark to track your progress, even on the go. Then, the next thing, it is,
whatcha gotta do, you gotta do. You gotta put it on your
schedule for the day. For example, if you’re like me, you go to school, you go to school. If you’re had a sports event,
you go to the sports event. If you have a business,
like a YouTube channel, then you do the work you have
to do to make it successful. The next thing is you’re
expressing creativity on the notes page. Every day has a notes page,
and if you get that thought in the middle of the day, like, oh, that’s the best idea I’ve ever had, I need to write it
down, and you don’t have anywhere to write it down? Pull out your Smartlife Push journal. So you can write it down. Then you just have to go back
later at the end of the day. And then, you’ve got your
tracking your progress. The track your progress page helps track your progress for your push goals. So I’m a kid, and if
Charlene were to ask me what would you do for a kids version? I’d add a doodle section
along with the notes, I would add a non-spiral bind, ’cause it can get caught
on a lot of stuff, and I’d add some more boy colors. So, do you have a journal planner thingy? Let us know in the comments below, ’cause the comments are where some of the coolest things are said. And hey, thanks for watching. Don’t forget to subscribe,
